I am indeed and I discovered the same thing with incognito mode. So I had to clear Chrome's history since the dawn of time. I couldn't find a decent reference to just clear the site's information at first because your typical control + F5 wasn't fixing it.
However, if you hit CTRL + SHIFT + I and open the Chrome dev tools, then click (and HOLD) the reload button while they are open, a super-secret menu comes up that lets you force the cache clear and reload. This resolved it in my situation.
Gotta love quirks like that. Incidentally after Ronnie's post I tried IE (not sure why I didn't before posting) and saw it was working. Can only assume maybe something between chrome and Microsoft's federation setup/Live logins causing strange behavior.
