Recover permanently deleted note is not backed up in icloud nor Time machine

Hello All,
I have deleted a note from my Macbook on Catalina OS and I also deleted it from recently deleted note.
This note is not in any Part of backup I have done in TimeMachine or I cloud.
Do you any way to try to restore the note ?Please let me know

Unless you have another backup of some type, I do not believe you will be able to recover this note.
