Apple Certification Program

Hello, I was watching the course on Apple certification and I believe Mr. Pezet said that the program may be discontinued (please correct me if I misunderstood the statement). Is it possible to elaborate on what is the current and/or future status as well as the implications for those who have their certifications?

The program has been de-emphasized by Apple but it's still there. So as far I can tell, the program and certifications will be active for each macOS iteration and will continue according to their regular cycle.
Don is either in production for Big Sur or will be. There's been different delays that have occurred but I believe it's scheduled for Q1 2021 to shoot and complete.
