You can check if the practice-labs are not working, they have a status page: https://status.practice-labs.com/. It looks up and operational.
There may be something else going on. I was able to launch a lab.
If you're still getting an error, please contact the support team for the labs. You can access that via the chat bubble on our website.
Please include the name of the lab that you're trying to access and your email address.
This should allow them to troubleshoot the lab and that specific lab or is account related.
