Non certification courses

I really like the specialized courses for preparing for specific certifications, but I would love to see some non certification courses as well. It would be great to get some courses on topics directly related to these security certifications. Some examples on topics below:
- Penetration Testing
- Kali Linux
- Metasploit
- Burp suite
I'm sure there are more but I'm still learning this stuff and this is what I've had friends in the business already recommend as a good start.

CEH is a live stream that is currently happening right now. Regardless of whether you're pursuing the certification, the current show will at least introduce you to the tools and technology you're talking about.
I was talking to Sean Oriyano about this yesterday, The show covers alot of the tools you're mentioning, so it's a good starting place.
