Flashcard/Practice Exam Difficulty Level

How hard are your practice test and the flashcards in comparison to the real exam ? I'm just trying to gauge if I'm ready to take the certification exam or if i should continue taking practice exams and studying the flashcards. I'm studying for ITF+ by the way.

Hi @Zaqan-Charles ,
From my personal experience writing the Server+ exam last October, the practice exams that ITPro provide quite a bit more difficult that the actual exam was. Generally if you can score 84%+ consistently on the practice exams, you are most likely ready for the real thing.
Always keep in mind to go over your practice exam after though to determine any weak points in your knowledge and hit the books/rewatch some videos.
Good luck with your ITF+

Thanks for your input @Andrew-Despres. I appreciate it !

I've encountered the same. The A+ practice exam on ITPro was tougher than the exam itself, as well as harder than most practice test questions I've downloaded from the Google Play Store onto my Android phone.

Thanks for your input David.

I'm preparing to take the 220-1101 exam next week Wednesday. So far I'm failing the practice exams on Kaplan.

@Stephen-Mol,
At this point in your prep, do not look at the over all score at this point. You'll only disappoint yourself. Now change your focus and only do the questions you are ONLY not able to understand, or are confused, or just don't know. This will help you focus better your study.
Read each answer and explanation. Make sure it makes sense before moving to the next question. Do not do another questions until each answer and explanation makes sense. This way, you will at least have studied those targeted topics before the exam instead of worry about a score. If you do this, you will be successful. -
Make a note of the topics you are uncomfortable with and as you focus your studies on them, make flash cards and study study study.
