Just finished Net+ and got a few questions

- For id requirements, I read on reddit that I can use a credit card with my signature and my state ID. Is this true? I just wanted to confirm because my local testing center, comptia customer service, and pearson vue would not answer any questions regarding secondary forms of id. Well pearson tried at least, but they were not familiar with the types of id in the united states. So I just wanted to double check before going out to get a passport.
also I have my social security card but dont know if it would help.

Are the practice exams on itpros.tv a good gauge for my readiness for the exam? I am fairly confident in my protocol, troubleshooting, and linux command knowledge. but I am nervous about the hardware business administration sections. A lot of the tools mentioned for stripping wires all seemed to blend together v.v

Labs, are these recommended or no?

Hey there @ryan-sanchez

As we don't work for either of those entities, I can't speak with authority on this. However, what I've experienced recently for in-person/local testing center is that if you have your Drivers License and your Social Security Card, that would be fine. They just need the photo ID part to make sure it's actually you and not Wes Bryan taking it for you. ;-)
My advice would be to go take a trip down to the local testing center to see where it's located and get comfortable with parking, access, etc. It's no fun on the day of the exam to try and figure all that out and get stressed out. Plus, you should be able to speak to a proctor there that will give you official information. -
I'll let other students give you feedback on the practice exams, but I know that quite a few people have used them and have passed. Make sure you review your notes and episodes that you're still not too confident about. Also, know why the right answer is right and the wrong answers were wrong. That's super helpful.

Highly recommend you do the Labs as actually doing what you're learning will imprint the knowledge deeper into the "grey matter".
Best wishes and success for your exam Ryan! Thanks for learning with us here at ITPro, and ACI Learning.
