Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.15
-
I have around 3 years experience with macOS.
I would like to be certified. I am wondering why there is no such training course in the ITProTV talking about this "Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.15" -
My apologies for not seeing this for so long. Sometimes, a post slips by me.
The latest Apple Certification Training for Big Sur is currently in Production. -
Hello Mr. Wong, et al, I would like to ask three additional questions.
-
What is the projected target date for completion of the 10.15? The ETA is currently not posted on the dashboard.
-
What significant differences will we see between the Apple Certified Support Professional 10.14 and 10.15?
-
Will we ever see any labs with the Apple certification courses? I heavily depend on this since I do not currently own an Apple MAC. I kind of expected that we would have labs for the Apple training when I paid for the premium membership.
Thank you for diligent efforts and sharing your insights!

@FLM,
Having talked with Don, here's what I able to get from him:We will resume shooting the week of the 25 January, no estimate on completion yet.
Security settings for running applications are the biggest changes. Not very many changes at all.
We will not be able to furnish labs, as the Apple will not allow their OS to be virtualized for something like that.

@FLM,
Not that I know about. I believe Apple deal is that you buy a mac of some sort. But their EULA on the macOS is that you cannot run them on non-mac hardware. They're a hardware company that macOS runs on. In contrast, to Microsoft that is a software company selling you that instead of the hardware.
