Thoughts on Orchestra Harmony Purple

I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts/opinions on Orchestra Harmony Purple:

It describes itself as Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). Someone brought it up to me recently and I've never hear of it before. I would appreciate any feedback.
