Website Login Issue

Hello everyone,
Utilizing a fresh install of Firefox with default settings on a Windows 11 Home OS Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22688.1000.0 23H2 Dell G5511 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz. RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
When attempting to login to the website.

and after entering my username and password and attempting to click the login button.
<input type="submit" class="btn btn-block btn-yellow btn-override" value="Log in" style="border-radius: 0.5rem;">
I am not able to login to the website and it appears that nothing happens. I am able to login in on my iPhone successfully on my home network/internet connection but not my laptop. This problem occurred today and the website was working approximately 2 days ago. I have not made any changes since then other than my current trouble shooting steps. Such as a fresh install of Firefox with default settings. Also, Microsoft Edge fails to load the webpage. I also tried loading the webpage through the mobile version and desktop version of the webpage and it gave the same issue. I also closed out of all programs and applications and restarted the system to no avail.
Any assistance on this manner would be appreciated.

@AnonymousPoster Thank you for following up with my post. I have already contacted the website support and they essentially blamed the issue on me. And, said they would not escalate or troubleshoot my issue. I have also tried Ipconfig /flushdns | release | renew and still I am unable to login to the website through my laptop.

Check that you don't have any ad blocking enabled, either via a extension of via something else.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have already disabled my ad blocker. I then proceeded to uninstall and re-install the Firefox web browser to further troubleshoot the issue. This did not solve the issue. I am suspecting recaptcha is the issue.
