Can I watch these videos on my iPhone/iPad? ANd through the Vimeo App? Thanks.

The videos will play fine on the iPhone and iPad. However, they are secured videos, so they are not listed in the Vimeo app. To play them, just browse to http://itpro.tv in Safari and login.
