Configure VLANs using OpenWrt router firmware?

I enjoyed your *special* SNMP episode. Any chance you guys can do another *special* on how to configure VLANs using OpenWrt firmware (https://openwrt.org/)?
Looking at OpenWrt, there is tagged and untagged traffic and other esoteric stuff related to VLANs that would be awesome to get some guidance/instruction on.

I asked around the office and none of us have any experience with OpenWrt. I'll see if I can dig up a compatible router and figure out how it handles VLANs, but I can't make any promises on this one.
