I personally wanted to thank everyone here at the studio for helping me obtain Security + and CySA+! I was able to land my first IT job working completely remote for Apple ( 3rd party approved contractor ). Every chance that I get... I recommend you guys to other fellow like minded people as I feel that strongly about the quality of information you guys put out.

I'm a little nervous as they are sending me a Mac ...and the last time I remember touching a Mac computer was when I was a kid in computer class ( you know that funny shaped monitor right haha). I did go through some youtube videos and I feel like I can get the handle of it pretty quickly since I'm familiar with Linux and Windows. I'm not too worried as I will be going through a training session before taking live customer calls and helping customers with their phones / tablets / computers.

My question to you guys is.... what do you recommend ( course wise here or self study) to give me the upper edge before starting my job in the next few weeks?

My mind is blown... I just realized you guys have an Apple section on ItproTV hahaha.... ( browsing through and seeing what will help me the most, but would still like anyone's input at the studio)

Again , thank you from the bottom of my heart and please don't stop doing what you guys are doing.

    Respectfully,
    Gary
