Hi Team,
I was watching some Microsoft Teams videos tonight and the video randomly stopped and reported a problem with my Internet connection, My Internet connection was working at the time.
My video dropped around 8pm Sydney time 8th June 2021.
I now can't load videos at all even after clearing the Chrome cache.and rebooting my Internet router. The general funtionality of the website is fine.

Is there a problem with your upstream video hosting provider at this time?Thanks,

I am having the same problem. I keep getting an error, "Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 104152)"
I have tried multiple browsers (cache cleared) and also from multiple devices. Still the error persists. -

@Brad-Hahn @Chris-Primo Sincere Apologies. Our CDN had a minor blip around 610-640 EST and some users experienced errors. All errors should be resolved at this time. Thanks for reporting and being an awesome member!
