As you know AWS course is a practical one not a theoretical one, so why there is no virtual labs?
and how can i make practice ????
can you provide me some links!

AWS provides you access to platform and you can signup for free to explore. Many times you can even do many things incurring little to no costs if you carefully manage your resources with the pay-as-you-go cost modeling.

There is also a trial tier that you can access:

but explore there and see what you can build in this free tier.
