Best follow up certifications & courses after Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
-
Hello good people,
I have just finished Microsoft 365 fundamentals course here at ITProTV and I'm preparing to do the exam with the test exams.
Once I'm done with it, what is a good path of certificates & courses to follow up with?
I'm a bit too much of a jack of all trades and about 3 years ago I configured Azure AD Hybrid (this one with external help), Intune, Conditional Access and Azure Information protection in my previous role. I also managed Microsoft 365 for them.
I don't remember that much from it if I'm honest, but I have decided this is the path I want to go now that my current employer has moved to Microsoft 365 and is looking to configure SSO.
If my goal is to be a competitive Azure admin what is a good roadmap of courses and certifications to take?
Other than the above, I have worked with Windows Server for a few years now and have an out of date CCNA. I have been stuck in a weird mix of desktop support/sysadmin (more towards the first) for about 5 years and have expend 2 years + as a Sys Admin now.
Thank you in advance, if you have any questions that would help answer the above better please do let me know.

@Zubi , I hope all is well. Given what you have described as your background, and desired target, I would suggest the following path from the MS-900 course/exam, once you have completed bth successfully.
- AZ-900 course and exam
- AZ-104 course and exam
- MS-101 course and exam
You could also add CompTIA's Network+ and Security + courses and exams in at any point if you feel they will add value.
Good Luck !!!
Cheers,
Adam
