(ISC)2 Certificate in CyberSecurity
-
Hello.
I've been offered to do the ISC2 Entry level Certificate in Cyber Security for no cost on a self study basis. I am seeing that this is a new certification and wondering Is this worth doing?
I have over 15 years experience in IT Support and looking to change direction into Security.
I already have a CISMP issued by the BCS - Chartered Institute of IT in the UK so wondering if this is similar to this or will it add further value
Should I just go for CCSP, CASP+ or MS Security Exams or Other Certs.
So Confused - Seems soo many certs out there! So any Advice will be appreciated.

If given the opportunity for a new, free certification, I would recommend it. The other certifications you listed are good to get, but why not do the free one first? Sounds like it will be an entry into (ISC)2 world. CCSP is more like the CISSP with a cloud focus.
