CompTIA ITF+

I'm currently doing the ITF+ and so far it's been great. But I've reached the software development section and the notes in the rest of the episodes no longer follow the Exam Objectives. Is there any reason for this?
For example, in the first Episode of Software and Applications, the notes went through each Objective points of "3.0 Applications and Software". But after this, the episodes no longer follow this structure, which makes it confusing to actually understand what objectives I'm takings notes on.
I've also noticed that in the Software Development section, nothing is ever mentioned about Logic components or Organizational techniques which covers 4.2 of the Objectives. How am I suppose to learn or understand this as new comer into IT?

Josh,
The notes exist if there were notes from that section. Sometimes, what happens in an episode is that Edutainer may have began with notes and then takes off in a different direction. We are extemporaneous, we are not scripted. If the notes didn't match. we might not have included them.At some point, Josh, you can simply take notes on your own with the episode or following the episode. The ITF course is designed for you to see and learn about the different areas that may pique your interest in IT. If this is an area that is doing that, I suggest you make a hobby of it and do some other reading about it. Nothing helps you to learn about more the making technology area an hobby.
