I'm stuck in mobile device application support In comptia a+
-
I've watched the last tutorial of mobile devices section of comptia a+ . I'm stuck when sir Wes was teaching Mobile device management and Mobile application management. I downloaded notes of that tutorial but not sure do i have to signup for microsoft endpoint management or how to practice that tutorial . Or this will be included in core 2 exam labs. And please guide me that if core 1 exam has labs. I'm stuck at this.

@Mian-Talha-Zia great question, you will not be required to perform mobile device management (MDM) or mobile application management (MAM) through any lab. There are performance-based questions which may or may not include drag-and-drop answers for example. We include these platform demos to give the learner a frame of reference for the concepts. Being able to identify what and when these solutions should be implemented is key. In the Mobile Devices section your will be required to identify & explain the components, how to troubleshoot these devices, and provide applicable solutions given the context of the questions. If you have any concepts, you need assistance with, please reach out to me or any of the Edutainers here in the forums.

@Mian-Talha-Zia,
If we do not have any lab attached to the course. Then the labs do not exist. This makes sense since we are providing virtual labs and 220-1101 is mainly regarding diverse hardware connections and hardware devices. These are not possible to virtualize. It may be one that that we can provide a simulation of that but we do not currently have those for our 220-1101 course.
