Technical Support: ITProTV videos not marked as Complete

Greetings everyone,
I couldn't locate a forum category dedicated to support tickets or issues, so I'm sharing my concern here. If it needs to be relocated, that's perfectly fine.
I've been encountering a persistent problem that affects many members of our organization. Specifically, videos within topics are not being marked as complete even after they have been watched in their entirety. This issue has been ongoing for several months, and it's the primary challenge I've encountered.
Is there a known solution to this issue or other factors that might prevent videos from being marked as complete, even when they have been fully watched on multiple occasions? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've noticed that as well. It's not every video, per se, but select ones. I'll finish the video, and it will auto-start the next one, but I'll notice the previous video I just watched will show as though I've started it, but not completed it.

I've noticed this as well. I'll usually just restart the previous episode I just watched and drag the slider to the end, just so I get the credit and it shows completed.
