Installing Security Certificates

Are there any courses or labs on installing security certificates on Windows servers in mmc or IIS? -

Help me Ronnie Wong-kanobi, your my only hope!! Seriously, looked everywhere I could think of for this problem.
My company has two domains, abc.xyz (Windows AD, Email, and company stuff) and rst.xyz (public website and Google Workspace), ABC is set to redirect to RST which has a valid certificate. Can I add TLS to ABC.xyz by buying a standalone cert? Would this affect the redirection or security of RST?

The additional TLS certificate, standalone or not shouldn't affect a redirect or security.
Remember that the redirect is accomplished using DNS (I'm assuming).
A certificate on your ABC would just give the ability for any client to use keys to secure traffic back to ABC and that you've connected to the ABC server.
