CompTIA Network + N10-006
-
Good day guys,
As a person who likes to dig in to the material further by cracking open the books, to get a better understanding, what book or books do you go by in the Network +/ N10-006 vids?
Kind regards,

Our material is our proprietary material in the N10-006. We took the exam objectives and made our own content and didn't base it off any published courseware or existing guides out there. So what you see as the notes for the show are the basis of the material we have covered and our experience.
It doesn't mean that there isn't good courseware out. It means that we did not have permission to use anyone's publication when we produced N10-006.
But, I do recommend the Sybex book on Network+ : http://www.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-1119021154,miniSiteCd-SYBEX.html . (this link represents the study kit but you could probably just purchase the book).
I also recommend the Cisco Press CCENT book as well: http://www.ciscopress.com/store/ccent-ccna-icnd1-100-101-official-cert-guide-premium-9780133367881
(this one is the exam guide, I don't see a foundation learning guide which is normally with more background and less exam driven content) Even though this one is not specifically for the N10-006 exam; it does provide a cisco centric approach to networking! -
