Documents in Shows

ITProTV members,
There are times when we do refer to documents that we've created for our shows. Sometimes, in the mix of things that happen, we lose track of them and cannot find them again. It's not intentional but does happen. So we try our best to get them available to you. From this point on, 10/29/2015, if there are extra documents that you see on the shows and they don't appear with the notes, you can try and request them and we post it below. Please remember those, the older those shows are the less likely we are to have them but there is no harm in asking and us looking to see if we can find them. Along these same lines: would it be possible that each course have all the show notes in a corresponding drop box folder. For example, the Network+ course has a ton of great notes. Being the nerd that I am, I downloaded each one and printed them off and placed them in a notebook. A great feature would be to simply select the whole course worth of show notes and get them all in one shot (either one giant PDF or a folder). Granted its not a big deal either way- but certainly would be a great addition IMHO.
*I would also like to see more of the diagrams that are shown during the shows to make it into the notes. For example, one of the earlier episodes of the Network+ show there were treasure trove of these figures and they assist me in furthering my nerdiness.

We've already got the system in place for those. The reason we pinned these is that we didn't and still down have a way to display these types of specialized documents. But I will pass the request along to our team and see what we can do!

In the CompTIA 901 course there are a lot of documents (the SimpleDiagram ones) you use in the videos but are not available for download. Can I download those somewhere, preferably all at once?

I don't know if we have a system for for downloading all the notes at one time. Most of what we have for notes should be downloadable (if they've been uploaded). On each course you should find a link for show notes. This link should download them.

On a lot of video's there is no download link. Does that mean they haven't been uploaded? And if so, is it possible you make them available for download?
A few examples:

I will check again; I know if there are downloadable notes, there should be a link. If not, either they didn't get converted and uploaded or something else has happened.
I cannot guarantee a timeline as part of our production team is out at RSA this week.

Do you have a copy of the ISO/IEC 27,001 Foundation sample exam documents? I'm on the last 2 videos of the course and they both reference a sample exam that's supposed to be in one of the videos but the documents are missing.
