CEH Eligbility Requirements
-
I have taken all of the CEH training here at ITProTV and loved it. Now I am looking over the requirements from the EC | Council and find them a little over the top compared to other organizations, such as CompTIA.
They are requesting a scanned copy of an identification document, which cannot be a passport, driver's license, government ID or any other identification document that carries Personally Identifiable Information. How am I supposed to give an ID of that sort, if my company does not provide them? Are there other alternatives that I am not thinking of?
This is the only point of contention I am facing. I am ready to submit Eligibility Application Fee of $100, resume demonstrating my two of years of experience, and Eligibility Application itself. My only holdup is this identification document.

I downloaded a copy of the application form from their site... I just copied the
Eligibility Requirements
andApplication Submission Steps
from that document. Fromstep 3
it looks like a driver's license or valid Government ID will work. Please provide me with a link to where you found the requirement you're referring that way I can try to find out more info, thanks ~Ronnie
