LDAP_ADD Error - No Global Superior Knowledge

Following the ldapadd instruction by Don Pezet in LPIC-2, I get this error message, "ldap_add: Server is unwilling to perform (53)
additional info: no global superior knowledge"
What is wrong, what causes this message? I typed everything exactly as Don did...
The Episode is called "Building an Authentication Server with OpenLDAP." -
Be careful with indentations as ldapadd may see whitespace as command or data as confusing.
So check your formatting against what you've seen in the episode.
