Microsoft Windows 2019 and Windows Server 101

I purchased a book called Inside Out by Orin Thomas, which is a Windows Server 2019 book, however, my question you guys have a class called Windows Server 2019? and you also have Windows Server 101, I am familiar with networking to a certain degree. But Windows 2019 a good starting point for beginners or is the Windows Server 101 a good starting point and then transition over to Windows Server 2019, now Instructor Ronnie Wong said they have n online book which is free where do we find this information for studying purposes?

That book would have been way back for Server 2016. It may not be available anymore. The author of said book is Brian Svidergol. He wrote the book for those who didn't have any Windows server background so they could become familiar with it. I would go with the latest version of Server you can. The Server 2016 is now 8 years old.
