How on earth do I watch these in order?
The episode numbers don't make sense, do I follow the outline?
I watched the first section in the outline and then when going onto the second they seem to be referring to things that I haven't seen previously. -
I totally agree with this criticism. I love your program and I love the format and the instructors and the accuracy of the material, but... (and it's a big but), if I am attempting to correlate the episodes with actual topics in either cisco press books or the netacad stuff, or simply trying to progress through the series in the order that it was intended, it is extremely frustrating. I wrote in earlier to complain about this prior to my CCNA exam and was given a non-sense answer and have seen no improvement. With all the IT knowledge that the instructors there have, please fix this problem, it makes the use of the videos extremely difficult.

Charles,
We produce our own content and are not allowed to take the content or format of those resources you've mentioned. To do so would make it their content and not ours. And we've not obtained rights or permission to do so.
Our format follows the official objectives in the order provided by Cisco itself. We follow the exam objectives as given by the vendors to try and give some order. It is to allow you focus in on topics you may be struggling with and be able to cover that within a episode or two but also to provide complete coverage of every exam objective as much as possible. We tried to minimize, tried, as many references to other episodes as "previous" or "you should have already..." (it doesn't mean you won't find it.)
So there is no particular order that you have to watch the episodes!
Cordially,
