There are hardware limitation based on the backplane of the switch model itself--(switching capacity). So, for example...the C9200L-24T-4G and C9200L-24P-4G have a 56Gbps back plane with port forwarding rates of ~41.5 Mbps. This ranges to the models C9200L-48PXG-4X and C9200L-48PXG-2Y that have 392 Gbps and 340 Gbps backplanes, respectively and each port can do from 292 Mbps and 252 Mbps, respectively as well.

So way to increase to the data sheet specification is for you to not set policies or ACLs, etc. on these switches...in other words reduce the switches need to not use the control plane as much as you can...then you're unlimited to the point of the data specifications of the hardware itself.

I know this is late but I just logged in as given in the directions. I only had an issue with an old cisco account. but I'm in it right now. Cisco DNAC is now becoming Catalyst Center.

@David-Thompson Return and refund went seamlessly. Just have to pay attention to "feedback" rating and the comments left... I stay away from sellers with the same complaints over and over, while disregarding the petty complaints. And pay attention to "Accepts Returns" noted in the description. I believe that is enforced by the site, they actually run the process. And again, I had a little bit of faith in that particular seller due to past dealings.

Got the new one from a different seller today. It's been running for a couple of hours now... WAAAAAAAAYYYY quieter than I expected... (because the defective one only screamed nonstop)... It almost seems quieter than my ASA. Came right up and activity in the console after a few seconds of loud fan, so the other one was definitely defective. Still have to figure out what I am looking at vs what I need.

I just put a few on my watchlist and let the sellers' discounted offers come to me... Does Amazon have a similar feature?

After fighting off attempts to be redirected to sales: Sounds like you are not allowed to do this...kinda. Sounds like it is more of an "organization" thing, more than it is a "cisco" thing. I will talk to our network group and see if this is something that they already have channels for.

The changes were so minor we did not need to reshoot these courses right away. Having recently taken the 350-401 exam to refresh my CCIE, I noticed a larger emphasis on these two topics (that have always been there) - 6.1 Interpret basic Python components and scripts
6.2 Construct valid JSON-encoded files

and potentially Which device connects the 4-wire cable of the ISP WAN and the router? I've seen some information about CSU/DSU but can't recall what exactly.

We are constantly making improvements to the lab offering, so I would not be surprised if Cisco Security Labs made it to our portfolio in the future. I cannot make any promises of course...

One thing to consider is Cisco DevNet - they have free Learning Labs and Sandboxes that permits you to get your hands on the latest Cisco Security technologies.

I would recommend CyberOps Associate before CCNP SCOR. The more associate level certifications you have - the easier your CCNP path will be in general.

On labs - I again want to emphasis the Cisco DevNet resources. These resources are amazing and free.

SCOR deals with VPNs and Firewalls intensely. CyberOps Associate pales in comparison there.

Bonus

Security+ is vendor neutral security study that I always recommend. Something like SCOR would impress a hiring manager if the company is a Cisco-centric organization. Notice its impact is more limited if the company is no a Cisco shop.

I agree wholeheartedly. Start with the IT Fundamentals from CompTIA, move to A+ and Network+. I'd toss a Linux cert (LPIC-1 or Linux+) too, and then a server certification... Microsoft Server.

Ahhh yes - I see what you mean...yes - even with the report, we get very little detail. In fact, no real detail at all. They should just show use the original exam objectives and highlight which objectives we failed questions on. Boy would that be nice....
