CCNA labs don't work reliably

Is there some sort of trick to get the CCNA labs to work? Somewhere in the lab it mentions that these use real networking equipment and can take a few minutes to boot up. Well, it's hit or miss weather the lab works for me or not. Some days it boots up within 5 or so minutes. Most of the time I spend 30 minutes to an hour trying to get these things to work and then I end up not doing any labs.. I try different browsers and different computers. I try shutting down the equipment and turning it back on. The only thing that turns on reliably is the virutal computer that's part of the lab.

Please submit a support ticket to support@practice-labs.com. provide module title, the issue and even screen shots, if possible regarding, your issue. They can provide you direct support. Also, tell them that you're trying access it via ITProTV.
