I am currently working on an exam that requires subnetting skills,
for example how to calculate the number of subnets needed,
How to calculate number of hosts, etc.,Do you have any material suggestions on your website or online for learning this as I am new and struggling with it,
Thanks,

I would recommend something that is now within the legacy section of our courses https://app.acilearning.com/course/ccent-updated-2018/understandapply-ipv4-addressing3

Hi Stephen!
In addition to what Ronnie suggested, I would recommend watching the Networkchuck Youtube series "You Suck at Subnetting". It goes through all of these skills:

Hope this helps!

Howdy @Stephen-Rodriguez !
@Ronnie-Wong is being super humble here. He and Daniel do an amazing job of teaching subnetting, some of the best training on this subject in the world. Not kidding. I used to teach the ICND course for Cisco for years and I would have been pointing my students to Ronnie's methods without a doubt.
Something to remember about Subnetting is that it's difficult if you don't keep practicing and learning the why behind the how. So do a few subnetting questions every day the week or two before any exam that requires it. Cheers!

There's also a subnetting master class by, I believe, Wendell Odom, that is fantastic. You might be able to find it floating around on YouTube with some searching. I know O'Reilly has the master class, but a subscription is $49/month. Another great resource is Kevin Wallace. His videos on networking are on his YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@kwallaceccie. He's also got super affordable video courses on Udemy, like the CCST course. I bought it for $12.99.

Also check out Laz from Networking Doctors. Great content: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheNetworkingDoctors.
