Along with what Lauren mentioned can you also tell us what OS and give us the name of specific video you're seeing the issue on so that we can try and recreate the issue you're having. This will give us the ability to try and compare apples to apples.

Lauren make a great point, the quality of the streams is not that one is a lower quality because it isn't. They really help us to try and cover every part of the globe as to where servers that you can reach are located.
