Question for Jo Peacock regarding exam question on video, service operation
-
Hello Jo,
I have a question regarding the first video of the exam review.
In question 2, in the distractor we have this point:
Application management has failed to identify and fulfil training needs required to manage and operate applications.
In the video you say that there is nothing related to training, however in the last paragrafh it says:
Why its not related?
Thanks

Hi Nazario,
I'm going to admit to being a little confused as to your question.
The quote you mention is in the 2nd bullet point of the 3-point answer to that specific question, and not in the distractor.
The rationale to that statement is correct. Training has not been given, but there is nothing in the scenario to suggest that the reason for lack of training is because of a failure to identify training needs. That statement in this particular answer is an assumption.
I hope that clarifies the answer for you, but if you need any further clarification, I'd be happy to help.
Thanks

Hi Jo, thank you for your answer.
Its true that the question is in the 2nd bullet point of the 3-point. But also in the distractor we have something similar:
I hope that in the exam they dont play with words like in this case. So, they didnt receive the training, but it dosent say that it was because they didnt identify the traning needs (brown answer). And also it is not true that IT operations management has failed to define and provide app training to users (red answer).
I think its a tricky bullet.
Thank you

Hello Joe,
Other question
Why here the third best question has 2 bullets that seems fine (bullet one and 2 market in yellow) and the second best only one? Maybe its an error and in question A, bullet 1 is not a reasonable approach.
Thanks,

Hi Nazario,
Could you tell me the sample paper number, and the question number that you're referring to please?
Thank you
