Thank you for the answer! I'm a Disaster Recovery & Organizational Resilience Senior Advisor and former Software Development director, so every subject is relevant. As I've been offered to do a three day beta class with people cert in May, and in the picture I saw in another post it seems it will be linked to CDS, I'll begin this one next.
My life is stakeholders, so I can't wait to do that, but DPI is also related to a lot of what I do. For example, this quarter, I'm building a tool / process or mechanism (we'll see - Design thinking and Agile in action here, the solution isn't decided yet) because we have an issue of IT risk communication between specialist and the business. IT Project resilient by design are refused, audit are ignored, etc. It's not exactly IT, but there is definitely an issue about communicating value here.
But last quarter, I was fixing process with third parties about back-up and testing. My role is very large, so they are all useful.
