As to which ITIL cert you should take next, I would suggest either ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, Support (CDS) or ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve (DPI). CDS is more of an operational type of certification which deals with more of the Design and Transition and Deliver and Support SVC activities. DPI is a great overall cert all about Governance, Risk and Compliance and Continual Improvement. Both will be a boost if you wish to get into management in IT.

Congrats on passing the Foundation class. I would definitely pursue both the ITIL 4 Strategist DPI and the ITIL 4 Leader DITS exams. Both content will be extremely helpful for you in your labors. If you pass both exams you will also be the highly coveted ITIL 4 Strategic Leader. The DPI course is a bit more simple over all as you don't have to do the Practical Exercises as you do in the DITS. Thanks for the feedback. I have heard mixed reviews. Some people said it was perfect to help them while others echoed your fellow student's opinion. Many times I find that it has to deal with questions that have been phrased differently, but the concept remains the same.

I was actually searching the whole google for a couple of days to get some sample papers for practice but couldnt get anything.

Anyways if there is no update then i will go ahead and appear for the exam

Exam vouchers are good for a year after purchase. However, our partner would take your situation into consideration. Make sure to reach out and they should be able to assist.

For operations type work, I would totally agree that CDS is the best. For general purposes I would recommend DPI as that covers the gamut of governance, Continual Improvement, and Strategy for IT. Cheers!

First off, congratulations on getting your DPI and CDS finished. That's a fantastic accomplishment.

As to who is accessing the forums and/or how much they are using the forums, that can be a difficult question to answer. I will definitely see about putting a video out that we can use to encourage participation in the forums. That will definitely be a plus if/when someone takes the DITS course.
