I am planning to sit for the ITIL Foundation exam end of this month and am having trouble finding practice tests on the site any assist will be greatly appreciatedKind Regards

If you have purchased the Accredited ITIL 4 Foundations Exam 2022 course here at ACI, there is a practice test and two sample papers available. You'll have to download the course materials which are found circled in this image:
You will find the Sample Papers named: EN_ITIL4_FND_2019_SamplePaper1_QuestionBk_v1.4 and EN_ITIL4_FND_2019_SamplePaper2_QuestionBk_v1.4
The separate practice test you can see as a button right below the download course option.
