ENCOR exam

3 Questions:
Does the ENCOR exam have any configuration labs or are all the questions multiple choice/drag-drop, etc?
If there are labs, when will ITProTV have practice labs?
I don't see any practice questions for ENCOR. Any plan to make them available?
Thanks

The current version of the ENCOR exam is straight questions. Check out our youtube videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bE49v7YAdZE&t=42s
Our lab provider partner may be working on these ENCOR labs that will be based on the exam blueprint found on Cisco's website. Our course with Anthony Sequeira was produced before the exam was out and about half-way through the exam was available. So the labs that we had in the show were made from Cisco VIRL and the Virl-topologies used are included in the learner resources for the show.
Our practice exam partner is probably working on a practice exam for ENCOR. But it's a new exam (right under 2 months or so) so they will not have an exam that is ready until their question writers have a solid grasp of what the content of the exam is like over time to see most of the possible bank of questions. So it may be a few months more before they have one. When they release one, we'll have it linked to the course.

Thanks for the quick response Ronnie!

Thanks for the info Ronnie and Kevin for asking the question I've been wondering myself.
I can't remember the last time I sat.a certification exam without doing a practice test from one provider or another, guess we'll just have to go in cold.
I did see a post on linkedin saying that Cisco / Pearson were doing home proctored exams now so I might just go ahead and book.
@Ronnie-Wong and the ITProTV team, what is the first CCNP specialty course that will drop in its entirety ?
Cheers

The ENARSI show is in production right now and we should complete that one first. Then ENSLD is right behind that one...also currently in production.
So here's the great thing with ENCOR, Anthony Sequeria on the day the exam was released when in and took the exam. we had just began recording the ENCOR as it was released. So he tailored our show not only around the objectives but also from his exam experience.
I have no actual data to back this up but anecdotally, I can say that people who have been studying and used our show have reported on social media they passed the ENCOR exam.

Thanks Ronnie appreciate the info, one other question I have in regard to the new CCNP certifications, it seems ENARSI would be the equivalent of the old CCNP R&S, if you do more than one specialisation are you awarded multiple CCNP qualifications? Similar to the previous iteration when you could have Security, SP, Data Centre, etc?
Cheers,

Yes to a point. ENCOR is a core exam for a CCNP ENTERPRISE certification.
The details are found here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/training-events/training-certifications/certifications/professional/ccnp-enterprise.html#~exams
You can take core and one of the concentration to earn that certification. At ITProTV for this one we've chosen ENARSI and ENSLED.
We will also be doing the CCNP Security with SCOR as it's core exam.

@Ronnie-Wong Hi Ronnie is there any updates in regards with labs and also are the questions categorized into sections for revision purposes.

We've not received any plan from our lab vendor partner about a roadmap yet on labs for those courses yet. So in our attempt to aid with demand we've attached the previous ROUTE,SWITCH and TSHOOT labs to our CCNP Enterprise course offerings.
On the questions, I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. If there are question in the attached labs, they are not directly correlated to the current exam objectives but may help you with different topics related to the current exam though.

Is NAT-64 on the exam? I’ve noticed it coming up often on the practice exams but nothing mentioned in training videos

There is always a chance...having said that Anthony's emphasis on topics is probably more helpful for time and focus when preparing for the exam. ;)
