SELinux on Debian/Ubuntu

Thank you for your comments in advance. Now that CentOS is moving to the less stable version called Stream, I would like to know if SELinux is supported in Debain/Ubuntu?

Also, I would also like your expert opinion if you would recommended installing SELinux on Debian/Ubuntu production environment servers exposed to the internet?
