Error Deploying Autocad 2022 - Cannot download Software
-
Hello,
I have been trying to deploy autocad 2022 to our labs environment as i work in a university.
I have been dealing with this issue for sometime now and cannot figure out what the issue is. When I try to run a test from the software centre sometimes i get the error that it cannot download the software and other times i get some of the software downloaded to ccmcache. If i copy and paste the missing folder manually in the ccmcache directory and retry in the software center it installs with no issue,
I had thought it may have something to so with the size of ccmcache however it checked and its set to 30 GB and this software is approx 4 GB. Someone mentioned it might be an issue with BITS.
I did get the CAS.log off the client computer and there are errors with hash. I can attach a copy for someone to take a look,
Any other software downloads and installs from the software centre, I have tried many things that i cannot remember. I am at a loss.
Can anyone insight as to where i should go next.
Thank you for you help...

@Craig-Lush , I hope all is well. Frustrating to say the least... While there can be several reasons why this is happening, it's hard to pinpoint based on what you have described so far.
I think the best place to begin unravelling the mystery is to ensure that you are following the recommended workflow and process steps taht ensure successful deployments.
Take a look at the guidance here directly from AutoDesk for deploying their products via SCCM:
See if anything stands out as you walk back through the step-by-step processes, and if so, hopefully it will resolve the issue.
Good Luck !!!
Cheers,
Adam
