Network reporting/reports

I was wondering if you have any recommendations in your library for "repointing/reports" in regards to networking?
I am doing this course where I am applying a lot of what I have learned here but I cannot recall anything on reporting and what it should generally entail. (Its very possible that I just don't remember, lol)
Example, I have to build a network, configure to scope, test, etc. and make a "report" of said network. -
All of our Cisco courses revolve around the official exam objectives. I do not remember anything dealing with reporting in those objectives. Having said that I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for. Are you looking for a network administration tool? Your example, leads me to believe you're looking for a network design course.
