Cisco 350-701 SCOR Practice Tests
-
I have heard mixed reviews regarding the various Cisco SCOR practice tests out there. Many comments indicate that the actual exam is much more difficult and that the practice exams from Prometric don't accurately simulate the exam. Does anyone have feedback on how closely the practice tests included with ITPro.tv reflect the exam? They do not appear very deep from what I am seeing.

Hi Dan! We are hearing reports that Cisco "course corrected" on all of their core exams for all of their tracks and now the exams are measurably more difficult. I will be taking ENCOR and SCOR in the next couple of weeks in order to determine exactly what is transpiring with these exams. Based on our findings - we will be altering our materials as needed.
So far, I am leaning toward believing these reports based on my experience taking the DEVCOR exam a couple of weeks ago. I purchased the OFFICIAL practice exams from Cisco Systems themselves. The actual exam was several levels more difficult, and their practice exam pretty much hurt me more than it helped due to a false sense of preparedness.
Thanks so much for this question - and I will report back here. It will also be great to hear what our peers have to say....

Hey Anthony!
Thanks for the quick reply. It sure would be nice if updated educational materials (Study Guides, Practice tests, etc.) were released when major changes to the tests were made. I would like to put together a lab for some of the technologies. Are you aware which of these are available in an eval license? I would rather not learn AWS (right now) and incur the related costs if possible, but could spin up VMs in my ESXi environment. I have CML Personal but it is really only good for Routing, Switching and ASA.
