Hello what Chat Bubble, may I ask you're referring to? I'm sorry I have poor vison, I just like to know if they are upgrading all of the labs? I love the new look labs!

Hey @Dwayne-Coleman, my apologies for not seeing this yesterday. Like Andrew has mentioned, in the bottom left-hand corner of ITPro Dashboard you will see a "Chat" bubble icon which can be used to contact our Support team:
