You can try looking on libgen.gs? It is a shadow library project for access scholarly/scientific articles, books etc. I have found some study material there in the past.

There are publishers of technical manuals for AZ-800, just use your favorite search engine, there are plenty.
ACI Learning doesn't publish any books for our video courses.
