Configure Windows 10 in Single Applicantion Mode(Kiosk) with Custom App

Hello to everyone
I googled a bit but it is not clair to me if we Configure Windows 10 in Single Applicantion Mode(Kiosk) with a Custom App, but without using a third party software..
I found some information about using the shell-launcher by creating a configuration file ( https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/configuration/assigned-access/shell-launcher/configuration-file )
Could you tell me if this procedure would work and if there is a link with a step by step guide for beginners?

Hey @Giovanni-Baldi, most of the documentation points to the Shell Launcher to replace the Windows Shell or explorer.exe with a Windows Desktop app or a Universal Windows App (UWP). Here is some additional information that may help:
