Security Cert Deployment.

I am trying to Deploy a Security Certificate trough intune but I am getting a generic error. What would be the best way to deployed? Where can I get like a better log for this error? Mind that everything is cloud based do can't use GPO. Devices are already deployed. I tried to use custom policy in intune and converted the cer to base 64.

Thanks @wes-bryan I am also trying to follow your videos on how to use Intune. I also want to add that based on the information provided, since the certificate is not an intermediate. Microsoft Intune policy might not be the right way to go. I'm trying to install a 3rd party public certificate for windows not to question this app every time they opened.
