setting up a ppkg usb

I setup a ppkg file to use when setting up new devices on our network, I have an issue with windows not seeing my ppkg media (windows key five times, install provisioning package, we couldn't find any provisioning packages. Do you know the best way to add that file to a usb drive so it can be provisioned? Thanks.

It seems like the only thing you need to watch out for is the PPKG file must be in the ROOT of the USB drive. It is not going to work if the file is inside any folder structure.
